THE BRANCHES

INTERNAL AFFAIRS BRANCH

The Internal Affairs Branch focuses on handling all matters concerning the internal performance of members and applicants of the organization. Its jobs include the recruitment of new members, as well as in ensuring that the applicants become equipped with the qualities that a full-pledged ACMEm must possess. The talented and friendly members also take pride in ensuring that the current members are growing to their fullest potential.

EXTERNAL AFFAIRS BRANCH

The External Affairs Branch is the one in charge of handling partnerships with other organizations, as well as in managing sponsorships from companies within and outside the University. The branch also serves as the bridge in maintaining the contact between the present members and alumni members of the organization.

SECRETARIAT BRANCH

The Secretariat Branch is the one responsible in securing all correspondences and minutes of all official meetings of the organization. It also ensures the attendance of members during meetings and events. The Executive Secretary and secretaries of each branch also exert their utmost effort to make sure that the members are well-informed on the schedules, updates, and other special announcements regarding the organization.

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS BRANCH

The Academic Affairs Branch are responsible for the initiation and coordination of all activities geared towards the promotion and achievement of academic excellence for all its members, as well as the academic community. The dedicated members of the branch devote their time just to hold tutorials, symposia, and other academic events for the benefit of the scientific community!

FINANCIAL AFFAIRS BRANCH

The Financial Affairs Branch, also known as the wallet of the org, spearheads the collection of fees, fund-raising activities, and the maintenance of the financial accounts of the organization. It is composed of members who always keep a watchful eye on the organization’s expenses and transactions and see to it that the organization’s money is in safe hands.

PUBLICITY AFFAIRS BRANCH

The Publicity Affairs Branch is responsible for the promotion of the organization and its events. It is composed of artists and writers who lead the production of publicity materials, exhibits, newsletters, and other information paraphernalia. The branch is also responsible for the creation of the organization's merchandise designs, as well as in managing the organization’s social media accounts and website. The UP ACME Publicity Affairs Branch is constantly evolving and its goal is to keep up with the trends and innovate the approach on how the world sees the organization.
